implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.
Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will
give
another person the opportunity to have access to timely care.
This policy
enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure,
or treatments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you
must call or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you do not arrive and do not respond after our attempts to contact you, you
will no longer be considered a client. We offer a 15-minute grace period, and
we understand that certain circumstances may arise. However, please try to
keep us updated on your situation.
